Embracing Spring, Uniting as One — Labor Day Team Building Outing
As spring arrives in full splendor and the weather turns pleasant, it is an ideal time to enjoy outdoor scenery and relax the mind. To enrich employees’leisure life, enhance team cohesion, and foster a harmonious, united and progressive working atmosphere,Linzhou Gongwu Railway Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. organized a “Celebrating Labor Day—Staff Team Building Outing” for all employees on April 29, 2026, at Wanquan Lake Scenic Area in Linzhou. The company covered all entrance tickets and lunch expenses.
Full Participation: Unity in Nature
First of all, the event was led by General Manager Wang Hailin. Meanwhile, workshop directors, department heads, and team leaders were responsible for safety. In addition, the General Office organized the whole activity, and all registered employees took part.
At 8:00 a.m., all employees gathered in front of the administrative office building for a pre-activity meeting where safety rules and arrangements were announced. Shortly after,The group departed by bus at 8:30 a.m. for Wanquan Lake.
Joyful Activities: Laughter and Friendship
After arriving, employees joined various recreational activities from 10:00 to 12:00. At noon, the company provided a group lunch. In the afternoon, everyone enjoyed the scenery, watched performances, and joined interactive activities from 13:30 to 16:30. Throughout the event, the atmosphere was warm and lively. Besides, the Foreign Trade Department sent two staff to take photos and record wonderful moments.
Safety First: Care and Responsibility
To ensure a safe and orderly activity, the company put forward clear requirements: All employees obey the unified command and keep mobile phones available. Everyone abides by forest fire prevention rules, stays away from dangerous water areas, and protects the ecological environment. All department heads participated throughout the process to manage personnel and ensure safety.
