A Sweet August: Company Holds College Aid Event
August is filled with the sweet smell of osmanthus flowers—and great news: many students have been accepted into universities! On August 25th, Linzhou Public Service Railway Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (called “the Company” for short) held its 2025 “Golden Autumn College Admission Grants” event. The goal? To give money to employees’ children who got into college this year, and help them with their studies.
Leaders Gather: General Manager Delivers Speech
The Company’s General Manager, Deputy General Manager, and department heads joined the event. They sat with the employees and their kids, talking about growing up and making dreams come true. First, the General Manager gave an exciting speech. He congratulated all the students on getting into college, and thanked their parents for working hard to raise them.
He said, “Employees are the most important part of our company. Their families’ happiness helps our company grow steady. This ‘Golden Autumn’ event isn’t just a way to care for our employees—it also shows we take our responsibilities seriously.” He added that for years, the company has always put people first. It helps employees with their problems (like paying for school or hard times) so they feel like the company is their “home.” This makes everyone work together better to help the company grow.
11 Students Selected: Heading to Universities Near and Far
Next, the head of the Company’s Human Resources Department read out the list of 11 students who would get the grants. These students were chosen after they applied, the company checked their papers, and their names were shown to everyone. They’re going to good universities in Henan (like Henan Polytechnic University and Henan University of Chinese Medicine) and other provinces. They’ll study different subjects, including engineering, science, and literature.
Awards Given: Leaders Encourage Students to Chase Dreams
With loud applause, company leaders gave the grant money to each student one by one. They took photos together and told the students: “Cherish your college time. Study hard, learn new skills, and become people who have dreams, can do things, and take responsibility. Make your family proud and help society.”
Heartfelt Thanks: Employees and Students Share Gratitude
An employee whose child got a grant said happily: “This event is such a big help! It doesn’t just make our family’s money problems easier—it also makes us feel the company’s care. We’ll work harder to pay back the company and help it grow.”

At the end of the event, the Deputy General Manager said: “This ‘Golden Autumn’ grant program is something our company will keep doing. It’s also an important part of our company culture.
