On March 2, 2025, the Quality Inspection Department launched a quality improvement campaign, inviting professional testing equipment calibration engineers to calibrate the testing equipment and provide professional training for the quality inspector team, providing a solid guarantee for the company’s product quality.
The testing equipment involved in the calibration this time includes metal chemical composition analyzers, metallographic microscopes, tensile testing machines, hardness testers, etc. These equipment play a vital role in the production process. The metal chemical composition analyzer can accurately detect the chemical composition of raw materials to ensure that they meet strict quality standards; the metallographic microscope is used to observe the microstructure of the material to help judge the internal quality of the product; the tensile testing machine and hardness tester test the mechanical properties of the product respectively to ensure that the product can withstand huge tension and pressure in actual use.
With rich experience and professional technology, the calibration engineer debugged and calibrated each device to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the equipment measurement data. After completing the equipment calibration, the engineer also trained the quality inspectors on daily maintenance, key points of operation, and common troubleshooting of the equipment. By combining theoretical explanation with practical operation, the quality inspectors further improved their operating skills and understanding of the testing equipment, laying the foundation for more efficient and accurate quality inspection in the future.
