Description
Deenic Rail Clip is an elastic fastener used in railway track systems. It is mainly used to fix rails and sleepers, provide stable clamping force and anti-lateral displacement ability, and is suitable for high-speed railways, heavy-load railways, subways and urban rail transit.
Function

Installation steps
- Pre-install rail pads: Ensure that there is an insulating buffer layer between the rail bottom and the sleeper.
- Place rails: Adjust the gauge and level to the design value.
- Installing spring clips: Use special tools to press Deenic Rail Clip into the embedded parts and check whether the clamping force meets the standard.
- Acceptance test: Measure the gauge, clamping force and insulation performance.
