Description of Flat Washer
A flat washer is a component placed between a connected part and a nut. It is generally a flat metal ring, used to protect the surface of the connected part from being scratched by the nut and to disperse the pressure exerted by the nut on the connected part.
When selecting the material for flat washers, the following factors should be prioritized:
Connection strength requirements (metal materials are preferred);
Environmental corrosion (stainless steel or PTFE is suitable for humid/acid-alkaline environments);
