Description
The APC-4 Rail Fastening System is used for fastening P65 rails with reinforced concrete sleepers manufactured according to TU 3185-010-01115863-2004. Specially designed for use on high-load broad-gauge tracks, APC-4 Rail Fastening System is economically profitable (including due to low detail) and reliable.
The APC rail anchor fastening was manufactured for use on continuous track of freight-stressed highways.
APC has a number of advantages over traditional fastenings KB-65 and ZhBR-65.

4, Non-removable combined anchor:
Monolithically embedded in the under-rail zone of a reinforced concrete sleeper during its molding, combining the work of two clamp units, including in the horizontal transverse plane; Single clip can be replaced independently without disassembling the rails or destroying the sleeper structure.
5, High stability:
Stable assembly force pressing the rail to the sleeper in the fastening unit within the range from 1.6 to 2.0 tf.
The embedded iron seat and concrete sleeper are integrally formed to avoid the problem of loosening of traditional bolts.
