Components of W12 Rail Fastening System
SKL12 Rail Clips
It is a key component of the W12 Rail Fastening System, usually made of spring steel. It generates a clamping force through its own elastic deformation and fastens the rail tightly on the sleeper.
Hs32 T- bolts with M22-SW39 Hex Nuts and ULs6 Flat Washers
These three parts are used to connect the SKL12 rail clips and the tie plate together.
Ss8 Screw Spikes with FE6 Double-layer Spring Washers
This part is used to fix the tie plate and the sleeper together to ensure the stability and reliability of the fastener.
